Spinal stenosis

I have serious pain in both ankles and lower back. My feet are like cardboard. After sitting for more than 5 minutes I can't straighten up. I've had numerous epidourals and the six block shots whick last about a month. My Doctor is talking about Lasar nerve ablation in the next few weeks.:confused:He says if the procedure works it should help for at least 3 years. Has anyone had this proceedure and did you get any results?:angel: Thanks for your help ..f.f.
