Let me just say I do not have insurance and I am currently trying to figure out how to go to a doctor.

A month or so back I started having pain in my back. It is somewhat below my right shoulder blade but towards my spine. It just hurts constantly. Mostly when I am sitting. I have found out that when I look down, putting my chin to my chest, I have a really bad pain that goes in a straight line down my back to where it hurts constantly. I have my husband rub my back and it will quit hurting for a few hours. I have a hard time finding a comfortable way to lay or sit.

In the past week and half I have started having a pain in my left but cheek and it will go down the back of my calf and even to the arch in my foot. Different positions when sitting will alleviate this pain but it always comes back. The pains always starts when I am sitting. When I stand up I have the pain run up and down my leg and butt cheek with every step but then it stops after I walk around a bit.

I do not know I these two are related. The back pain is becoming more of a problem then the leg pain is but they both suck. I take ibuprofen but it doesn't help every time.

Also want to add that I spend a lot of time at the computer/laptop and I am about 50 lbs overweight. Does anyone have any suggestions on the cause and some kind of exercise/treatment to fix what I have messed up?

Thanks, I am so glad I found this forum. :D
