MRI results

I could not find a big enough dictionary to look up each word. I hope someone can explain what this all means.

Conus Medullaris: Termination T12 level. Morphology is normal

L5/S1: Intervertebral disc T2 signal is reduced.. Mild annular bulge is present. No significan central canal or foraminal stenosis is present at this level.

L4/5: Small central disc protusion present. There is indentation on the vertical thecal sac. There is indentation on the ventral thecal sac. There is no significant foraminal stenosis. Intervertebral disc T2 signal is reduced.

L3/4 Minimal annular bulge present with a small central disc protrusion. There is flattening of the thecal sac and overall mild central canal stenosis. There is mild left foraminal narrowing with suggenstion of a small far lateral disc protusion

L2/3: Small anterior osteophytes present.

L1/2: Small anterior osteophytes present

T12/L1: Small anterior osteophytes present.

Other Incidental Findings: Very small central disc protrusion is suggest on sagittal images at T10-T11 disc level.

IMPRESSION:

1. Small central disc protrusions are present at L3-L4 and L4-L5 disc levels. There is mild overall central canal stenosis at L3-L4.

2. A small left far lateral focal disc protrusion is also present at L3-L4.

3. Small central disc protrusion is present at T1--T11 disc level.

4. Mild annular bulge present L5-S1 disc level

HELP!! I don't know what this all means.
