Could U please help me understand my husbands MRI report. It reads as follows:

There is evidence of mild, moderate and sever degenrative disc disease and spondylosis respectively L3 through S1. There are anterior annular tears at L3-L4 and L4-L5. Parasagittal imaging confirms relative bilateral foraminal encrochment, promarily at L4-L5 and L5-S1 and milder encroachment at L3-L4. Aorta, bone marrow, spinal cord and conus are unremarkable. Sacrum is unremarkable. T1 sagittal show no marrow replacement. Other structures and signals are anatomic and/or unchanged T2. Axial imaging shows diffuse facet arthropathy. There is a mild bilateral foraminal encroachment at L3-L4 and moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis at L4-L5 and L5-S1.Lumbosacral junstion is assumed to be L5-S1.
