I had some nausea with Skelaxin. Zanaflex made me very dizzy. The muscle relaxers that work best for me have been Soma and Flexeril. Read the side effects on line (or from the pharmacy info they provide) for each medication. I've not heard of diarrhea as a side effect. Being on strong pain medications my problem has been the opposite with pain meds (constipation ).
