Hello all,
This is the first time I have posted anything online and I am just looking for anyone with a little insight of my issues..First off I have DDD and I had a spinal Fusion done on L4,L5,S1 11 yrs ago.. 2 yrs ago I started having neck and shoulder pain so I had an MRI done, at the time it showed mild to moderate disc bulge in all levels of my neck, I opted to not have surgery and decided to live with it as long as I could..I recently had another MRI done with contrast on my T and C spines due to severe pain and numbness in my rt arm all the way to my middle finger on my rt hand when my head is moved to the left..I have not slept a good night in months and I am in severe pain on a daily basis that never goes away except when i lay down..
The results are below and I have a little bit of information on it but I have lots of things on the report and really dont know what all of it means so any help will be greatly appreciated. I have an appt. with a spinal surgeon in 5 weeks and thats a long time to wait around for information..please help!!!

C2-C3: there is a mild posterior disc osteophyte complex which is causing mild narrowing of the central aspect of the canal. the neural foramina bilaterally are patent.
C3-C4: There is a diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex which is causing mild narrowing of the central canal. Neural foramina bilaterally are patent.
C4-C5: There is posterior disc osteophyte complex causing mild narrowing of the central canal. Neural foramina bilaterally are patent.
C5-C6: There is a diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex causing mild narrowing of the central canal. There is a bilateral unconvertebral joint hypertrophy. Examination of the axial contrast enhanced sequences demonstrates no abnormal lesions.
C6-C7: There is a bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, right greater than left which is casuing mild narrowing of the right neural foramen. The left neural foramen as well as central canal are patent.
C7-T1:The central canal and neural foramina are patent
Impressions:
1. Levoconvex scoliosis of the cervical spine
2. Multilevel mild to moderate DDD fo the cervical spine which is causing multilevel mild narrowing of the central canal as well as a moderate to advanced narrowing of the neural foramina toward teh rt. at the C5-C6.

T spine:
There is a posterior disc bulge at T6/T7, which is causing mild narrowing of the central canal, There is a posterior disc bulge at T8/T9 measuring 4mm, which is causing moderate narrowing of the central canal. The neural foramina at all levels of the thoraci spoine are patent.
Impressions:
1: no abnormal signal within the thoracic cord.
2. There is a small posterior disc bulge at T6/T7 which is causing mild narrowing of the central canal and there is a larger posterior disc bulge at T8/T9 measuring 4mm.
