Thank you. It's kinda what I thought.

I was scheduled for tomorrow under Xray. I postponed it one week.
It's 4mm. Last night I couldn't walk back home.
I iced it for half an hour. Did the same this morning after some invertion table therapy. Now seems okay.

It's been like that for 3 months.

I'm still hoping it would get better on its own but seems unlikely.

it's 4mm at the L5-s1, anterior spondylosis, right pasterolteral. Whatever that means.

Get your injections. Under fluoroscopy. Big improvement for me. Still have pain but better for a month or two.
If you don't have other issues in addition to the disc herniation, such as instability, it should be OK to use the inversion table in moderation.
Thanks. Here's what it says:

At L5-S1, anterior spondylosis, disc space narrowing, decreased signal in the disc and a 4mm right pasterolateral disc herniation component extending to the right neural foramen causing stenosis and a 3-4mm left paracentral to posterolateral disc herniation component noted.
