... Hello! I can relate to taking care of the wood.....sorry, BAD BACK!!! Good for you taking charge of your PT; if we don't take care of us then who will???? I never heard of nerve slide exercises; did a search and found them for the ulnar nerve only. Oh well it's worth a try right?
