Due to anatomical structure, the structure after L5-S1 is the sacrum and sacroiliac joints which have and are designed to have little movement. ... Hi everyone, I posted yesterday about my husband, who is having recurring pain about 2 1/2 months following a micro-d. His pain is very localized - a sharp, tight feeling in one spot at the base of his buttocks. Is this common? Does this sound like nerve pain related to a disc issue? Or could it be totally unrelated? ... I have seen the actual reports and they seem to look good. As I said, only the CT showed something that the MRI didn't show and the doctors decided that the CT wasn't accurate. I wonder if there is something with a situation similar to mine... That when you rub\touch your lower back\buttocks you get in pain. (4 replies)
