... Hi gang, I've been reading various threads for hours, but looking for some insight from others on this. Quick history: 36 years old male. ... Like I stated previously, my therapy was McKenzie therapy & YES it did cure the herniated disc, which I might add, was quite bad. Before I started that therapy, my doctor tried shots, meds etc. & all I did was lay in bed. Nothing worked til the McKenzie therapy. You can do a search of it on the internet & see what it is about.
