... Gmak: You have to remember that the pump was implanted to deal with the mid to lower back issues ONLY. I continued with Oxycodone and tizanidine because of the neck issues. ... Hello, I had EMG done 4 times; each time I was told that the test is not 100% accurate and it done more for a Dr than for accurate diagnoses. The interesting thing is: it happened that I had this test done on Monday and than Wednesday same week. I don't know who made this mistake, but different doctors ordered it done at almost same time. ... I've had 2 EMG's performed by 2 different doctors. One of the tests was a little more painful than the other, but neither was all that bad at all. The needles that are used are very thin and don't hurt any more than accupuncture going in. I certainly wouldn't hestitate to have another one if it were warranted. (9 replies)
