Considering that most doctors don't have a clue about the SIJ. As well, most therapists treat for low back pain and mess you up even more. ... (4 replies)

I do have issues w/ my lumbar i.e. 3 bulging disks, DDD and mild stenosis...moderate in 4/5. I've had about 9 prolotherapy sessions and it has helped some along w/ some PT exercises. ... ery PT establishment, this will make it worse, because they only see the disc problem, nothing else. I was in the same situation and I am recovering slowly. I do exercises to strengthen my abs. and pull the front of my pelvis back where it should be. ... (16 replies)
