... My Dr. gave me 3 surgical options to consider for my tear at L4/L5. Fusion, IDET, and something simular to IDET, uses heat like IDET but I cant for the life of me recall what the name of the proceedure is. He said it has a 3 week recovery time, where I can return to work on lite duty. Does anyone have any idea what this proceedure could be, and any info on it. A link would be... (4 replies)
