L4/L5 Instability

... For over 20 years I've had L4/L5 compression and instability. I get PT and also do stretches and other exercises. It still flares up. When it's really bad my feet cramp up intensely - and I mean to the point of over a level 10 and a scale of 1-10. I also then get intense foot pains - but it's the cramping that is the worst.
