... yeah normal bro i play college basketball just recently my trainer explained to me that a piece of tissue can come loose and cause your back to spasmn and it takes a while ti heal that is why you have lower back pain its very common i have it all the time very painful across lower back and especially left side i feel little lumps like a little ball on the left side its normal...
