... S1 disc .. after a reherniation I had my 2nd surgery January 9th of 04 .. I have had alot of pain in my back, hip, leg and ankle after my 2nd surgery .. very painful to walk .. and really bad when I wakeup in the morning due to the circulation slowing down when sleeping .. ... nots are smaller then last week but then there are some new ones. I go to the doctor on Thursday so I guess we will see what he has to say. I had a terrible time sleeping last night because I would lay in one position for a length of time and then the pain was so bad but I couldn't move. ... (7 replies)

... Hi! I just had IDET on 1/25/08. I think you are making it out to be far worse than it is. The biggest problem with IDET is that it has not been put through rigorous studies, and the success rates aren't all that great (maybe even only 50%). But the RISKS are almost none. In every study that's been done there have been no complications. My recovery has been pretty easy. ... (23 replies)
... on morphine for a long time due to the fact that the 2nd operation was tough, I was reopeated on 6 weeks after the first and they had to remove more gone because when it reherniated it reherniated in a differnt spot on the same disc not to mension that after the 2nd syrgery I could only take 2 steps before I had to sit down. ... ... I can't seem to get comfortable when I settle down for the night. I like sleeping on my stomach and sometimes I wake up and realize I've done so in my sleep. Sleeping on my sides makes me go numb in the hip and groin area. And turning over is still painful. ... (10 replies)
