... ect. running thru the muscle then the muscle knots up..not fun! Only a couple of body positions will eliminate the spasm. It has sort of setteled into my right hip or so it feels, even wearing a belt hurts. Have gone to suspenders to keep pressure off that area...sort of trendy in my opinion. ... (79 replies)
