... lt my incision yes it was very bumpy, and of course very sore. My Mom and my husband, would take proxide and a cotton ball, and wipe around the incision. Because for a few weeks I still had bandages on. After they came off, then they would wipe the incision down at least twice a day. ... (14 replies)
... Hi Janetee! Yeah, I try to get up alot to move around. I know it is terrible to sit so long. I just wonder one thing, do you have the 'bump' when you run your finger down over your incision. It is bumpy on the spine and when it gets inflammed it is a 'higher bump' and that is where the pain is. I don't know if it is the ligaments and stuff that were cut or what. I just feel...
