... The only thing that helped with sciatic pain for me was taking Myocalm. It is a 'natural' muscle relaxant that will take the 'nip' off the sciatic pain. ... It sounds as though you have more than just the thoracic as a problem. The sciatic nerve runs from the lumbar region to your feet....and the lumbar is below your thoracic region of the spine. ... (3 replies)
