... Hi 2isenough! What you are describing doesn't sound like neck issue to me. It sounds like lower....possibly sciatica? or at the least, some nerve involvement if there's tingling. I would suggest calling your doc that did surgery and bouncing it off of him/her. Better safe than sorry. It c/b something as simple as 'you're doing something new in PT that you're body hasn't...
