Need advice

... sioux-z-q ~ Thanks for replying. I do have a pretty firm mattress and we recently put a board under our mattress as well, so I don't think that's the problem. I've also tried laying on the floor a lot and that helps a bit, but not much really. I actually don't think we have state disability out here in AZ, but I'm not 100% sure. ... to standing and walking only and I feel convinced you are correct in your assumption because so many of the symptons match mine. Most people seem to suffer most when sitting or laying down but I have no pain whatsoever with that, it's the opposite way round for me. ... (8 replies)

Need advice

... Thanks for replying. I did suffer for so long from lack of insurance, it's a terrible thing not to have it! Though, in the past month or so thing have gotten much worse. I use to be able to sleep ok and at least get some relief from laying on my side and watching tv or whatever. Not anymore! This was only my 2nd visit to my primary care dr about my back, so that is why... (10 replies)
