... n ortho if you can unless you are experiencing nerve issues as well. Perhaps ask your physio for a name and then ask your doctor for a refferal. I too got to the stage where physios could no longer help. Unfortunately a lot of physios dont understand the problems and they can indeed make it worse. ... (5 replies)
