... It's a good thing you've already scheduled an EMG...that'll tell you the nerves that are damaged, as well as whether they're superficial or deep. An MRI might not be a bad idea, just in case. That'll tell you if one of your discs is involved. ... (6 replies)

Foot drop...

... Huh...wierd. I had foot drop 2 years ago (for 2 months), and it started with the "foot being asleep" feeling that just wouldn't go away. By the next day, though, I couldn't flex the foot. So, it should be sudden (relatively speaking). Do you have pain or numbness? I always thought my numbeness in my arms were circulation, but my DO (he rocks!) corrected me on that one. ... (3 replies)
