... LTM--Are you sure it isn't "Degenerative Disk Disease" (DDD)? That is a very common diagnosis among people here, and people in general. To put it most simply, it means a general degeneration of disks (tears, drying out, narrowing), usually with arthritic overgrowth of bone, etc. Some degree of this is probably present in most older folks, but obviously it is much worse for...
