L-2 Question

... Hi, I think the distribution of pain from around L2 would be in the upper front thigh area, and you can also get pain & spasms in the low back. If the nerve is affected, you can get sharp, electric like pains, twitching, pins & needles and probably numbness & weakness. ... My experience has taught me to carry all the load on my hips and NOT on my shoulders. The normal way causes too much compression to the spine.
