i read that coco butter is better to fade stretch marks.. but i saw ads showing that shea butter helps too as well.

any difference?

i dont see coco butter anywhere... where can it be sold at?
Pure shea butter is much better than cocoa butter, however, pure shea butter is rare and it's also expensive. You can only find it at certain stores (I think Bath and Body Works may have something like that). There are a lot of lotions with shea butter in them, but it's a small amount so it's not nearly as beneficial.
Cocoa butter is everywhere... it doesn't do anything for stretch marks. It may prevent them but it certainly does not make them fade.
