Redness on Nose

Okay, I don't know why but my nose always seems to stay red.. There's always atleast a little bit of redness. I do have oily skin around my T-Zone, but I've been treating it for the past few weeks with Noxema Cleansing Lotion. This is really starting to get annoying because I have to waste about 5-10 minutes in the morning just trying to cover this redness with a good concealer! If it's really bad, sometimes I put some Neosporin on it before I go to bed. Does anyone know why I'm having this or how can I treat it? Thank you! :)
