hmmm, well, i've never been on accutane but i have had some dry skin that messed up foundation application. i find what helps is to wash with your favorite cleanser and then use a papertowel to dry your face. get kinda a good quality kind so it doesn't break up while you're drying your face. this is a great exfoliator, not too harsh (for me anyways, and i have supersensitive skin). i gently rub in circles until i see all the flakes are gone and immediately put ponds moisturizer on while my face is still "dewy".
