The mint julep mask is really awesome! Also, my skin used to be REALLY oily several years back and when I would put on powder it would just feel nasty to have makeup AND oil on my face.. the only thing that worked for me were Clean & Clear oil absorbing sheets. They are little blue plastic-like sheets that soak up the oil and they are LIFE SAVERS! I would use mine up kind of fast but they were so nice to use and I didn't have to keep layering on the makeup.

But for makeup choices, I would stay away from a liquid foundation, and instead use a cream foundation in a compact, or powder foundations, like all of those great new mineral makeups. Also, Benefit makes a product called Dr. Feel Good that is supposed to help keep your face smooth and normalized.. it helps make your skin soft and moisturized without all the extra oil. You can always go get a free makeover there and try it out and see if it works for you.
If you don't want to go to all the trouble of switching foundation (color matching, $$, etc) then you should try what I use. Right after I apply my foundation I take a large fat blush brush and dust on a product that Estee Lauder sells. It is called "Double Matte Oil-Control Pressed Powder". The color that I use is "06 Transparent". It only takes a little and believe me I HATE POWDER TOO!!! But..this stuff is sooo sheer and I have REALLY oily takes one dusting in the morning and I'm good to go ALL day...and into the night. I like it because it is so light on your face and not like many other powders. Also, it doens't add any color to your foundation since it is transparent. You can also wear this without foundation if you don't like wearing makeup. It doesn't look like you have anything on with the transparent powder. I buy about 1 a year and use it every single day. It really does last that long!!! It only takes a little of this stuff. It retails for $25 which again will last forever.

I tried Mac Foundation for oily skin which a lot of people love but it didn't work for me. My skin just has to be complicated. :-( I cannot wear anything but Estee Lauder (and believe gets expensive :-/ Plus, they can't ever find a foundation that matches me at mac. I always end up with that orange/pink makeup line or as white as a bed sheet. It never fails.
