Okay.. I have the one dream mousse or whatever, but eh, it doesn't really get that great of coverage. I want one that isn't liquid, doesn't make you break out, is good for your skin, and makes you have a natural look and glow and doesn't look like you cake on make up, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I recommend Clinique, and they have a lot of shades.
If you ever need full coverage for special occassions, go for Laura Mercier. It's pricey but worth it. The look is flawless, just heavy. I don't wear it everyday.
Also, look for a tinted moisturizer in the summer instead of foundation. My skin breaks out, and I just bought Serious Skin Care acne products, which includes a tinted moisturizer, cleanser, etc. You can order it on HSN.com. I love it!
Paula Begoun gave a glowing review to Cover Girl's Tru Blend mousse or whipped version. Her review sounds like what you are looking for.

Personally, I would prefer liquid makeup to come in squeeze tubes so you don't have to stick your fingers in it or waste any from a pump that pumps too much. But I currently use Loreals mineral foundation. But with the brush and container I got from an online mineral foundation vendor I used to use called Mineral Basics. I like the color better in the loreal and like being able to get it from any drug store, but the packaging is worthless.

Before the mineral foundation, I used to use Maybelline's Wonder Finish and Age rewind, which come in the same exact colors. The Wonder Finish was good for oily areas and the Age Rewind in spots that needed more coverage like my blotchy cheeks and under eye circles.
Right now I use Covergirl Aquasmooth. I have used the Dream Matte Mousse before.. Aquasmooth is also pretty light but offered a little more coverage on my skin. I like it a lot but if you want a LOT of coverage, it probably isn't for you. It's more lightish-medium coverage.

Unfortunately Clinique's Perfectly Real didn't work for me! I had heard good things about it and got the 10 day trial.. it comes off on me by the end of the day and my skin doesn't look too smooth with it.

I actually like to get mineral makeup (the powder ones) and do a very light dusting of it OVER my Aquasmooth. It makes my face look flawless without being too much. Mineral Basics is my favorite for using it like this, but I didn't think it worked well enough on its own.
I know you said you wanted to steer clear from liquids, but Estee Lauder Maximum Coverage works great. It covers like you wouldn't believe and feels really light on your face. You just have to make sure to use a very little bit because a little bit of that stuff spreads and goes a loooooong way. Like less then a pearl size amount will cover about half my face. It can make some people break out though, so watch out for that.
I use the proactiv foundation stuff in thelil compact it has amazing coverage, it is light andof course it is good for your skin
