My mom has rosacea, so she deals with the redness too and she is happy with Bare Minerals. However, she likes a very light coverage and this works for that. Using a concealer by them may help also. I actually prefer Everyday Minerals and I get the "intensive" powder because it gives me more coverage. My mom hasn't tried it. It's cheaper too, but you have to order it online. I also find that some mineral makeups seem to make my skin feel dry around my eyes even though I don't have a problem with dryness and it's supposed to minimize any lines... it makes me feel like I have lines when I don't have them! Everyday Minerals doesn't do this to me. I use a regular concealer around my eyes and on any spots (by Maybelline) and then dust on the powder with a kabuki brush and my skin looks incredible. They have different shades... lots of them.. so you can look for one without any pink tones to minimize your redness.

Other than that, I really like Cover Girl Aquasmooth. It's creamy and smooth and offers medium coverage and blends in really nicely. It's my favorite non-mineral makeup. I think it works for different skin types. It's oil free, but I feel like when my skin used to be oily, it would come off easily.. so probably best for dry to normal to combo skin.
You could try Maybelline Age Rewind cream foundation. It has good coverage and has avacado oil in it. I tend to break out and this stuff doesn't make my face break out. I get really super dry spots around my mouth in the corners in the winter and it really helps that and covers better then other foundations I have found.

I've also used the mineral powder foundations and they make the dry spots really get worse but if you use the Maybelline I suggested and want even more coverage I've put the mineral powder foundation over top of that and the two together really cover very well.

So far the best I have found for coverage is by Physicians Formula it's a liquid cream type foundation called Mineral Wear. It is not as moisturizing as the Age Rewind stuff though so it might be too drying for you.

But if none of these work for you looking for an anti age foundation will have more moisturizers in them. I'd avoid the ones with Retinal in them though they can be harsh on the skin.
