Good makeup advice
Feb 17, 2001
Being a girl who cares DEEPLY about her looks and was(still sorta is) suffering from a serious case of acne...

I've mastered the art of makeup.

Reasons to apply makeup-To hide your flaws/To enhance your look...

I've blew so much money on trying to find the right brand of drugstore makeup...
when it's really the application of it that mostly affects your look.

The most important thing to know is to ALWAYS apply something before you apply your foundation. It's better for the look and your skin. Before your application, wash your face, pat dry it, then apply a toner... and if need a moisturizer(oil free) then your makeup... A moisturizer will be needed for dry skin... but can be skipped for normal to oily or combo or acne prone skin...

if you want to cover redness or red zits...
use a green concealer all over your red spots.. Then apply a foundation over it...
IT's very important to find a foundation that suits your skin color.. Or the whole makeup process is ruined.
If you want to cover under-eye circles, use a yellow toned concealer.but you apply your foundation first then your concealer.
If you have dark pimple scars(like me) or pimples use a concealer that's close to your skin tone.in this case you also apply your foundation first, then your concealer...(to cover scars, apply your concealer with a tiny make up brush and *paint* it over your scar/blemish and pat dry with your pinky... but not too hard or you'll rub the stuff rite of)

IF you have any makeup questions, feel free to ask me
I am here to share and help!
