Dry Skin on Face

... I have very, very dry skin in between my eyebrows, and on the top of my eyebrows. What can I use to get rid of the dried skin, and FAST! All the dry skin creams I've used don't work. ... Hi Jane, I have VERY dry, sensitive skin. Very prone to inflammation on my face due to dermatitis. I use Eucerin as a moisuriser and just glob it on. I use Cover Girl All Day Hydrating foundation. It doesn't give me enough coverage as far as the red blotches go but it works for now. I use to sponge to put the foundation on as this gives it more coverage. Hope this helps.... (5 replies)

... You're not supposed to put ANY eye cream on the lids. They are only for under the eye...around the eye. If Vaseline is so bad then why is it an ingredient for some lubricating eye DROPS that go IN the eye? When I use Vaseline, I only use it on the lid...not eye lashes. DONT put vaselines on ur eyes....the petroleum in it can eventually block tear ducts, keep eyelashes from growing, and cause bumps to form around the eyes because the pores get blocked. heres a story of a lady my friend met...she used vaselines all the time, when she met her she only had about 3 eyelashes bc she had to have them surgically scraped and got petroleum build up....
