... If you're afraid that a darker eyeshadow will accentuate your under-eye circles, I'd recommend using some lighter shades combined with the dark color. Choose a medium shade and put that over the entire lid. Use the darkest shade for the crease, and use a light shimmery shade to highlight under your brows. It will really "open up" your eyes and make them look brighter. (7 replies)
