I would put sun screen at the top of the list though. Photoaging from the sun is by far the biggest wrinkle producer of all. A nice tan might look good at first, but the skin pays for it later. Good diet... (23 replies)

... I have to disagree here. I have a friend who uses vaseline and she is 60 now and not a wrinkle on her face. We used to live in Arizona and it is very dry out there. ... (8 replies)
... I have been using plain old petroleum jelly "vaseline" around my eyes since age 18 or so! I am now 33 and have no wrinkles at all around my eyes! I got this tip from my aunt who is in her late 60's, and she looks very young for her age! I believe in things that are "tried and true"! ... (8 replies)

Not getting enough essential fatty acids and/ or not drinking enough water can cause fine lines. I'd also make sure that I get enough vitamins and sleep. Next, I'd start with a sensible,... ... I put Prep. H around my eyes and sometimes (in the Winter) I put Vaseline. I am 35 and I don't have a single wrinkle on my face. The key to wrinkle prevention is moisturiizing. I see girls who are 10 and 15 years younger than me and they already have the beginnings of crow's feet. It is never too young to start preventing signs of aging. (6 replies)
