... In my opinion, continue using a good moisturizer (preferably rich in mineral oils), but don't go all the way up to the eye, just to the bone... If you MUST use something for the eyes, try to stick with serums, they are watery and get absorbed quicker by the skin.You say your skin is dry & oily, so I guess that your T-zone is oily and the rest is dry (that's a combination skin)...
