... think with depression we stop doing a lot of things so maybe that is why you are not so worried about taking a shower or doing the make up routine. Check out the bipolar primer which has some wonderful descriptions of what depression or the mania feels like. If these things are bothering you don't be afraid to seek help for them. ... (7 replies)
