But, if you're not getting much sleep, and it sounds like you get very little sleep (ouch) that can keep the episode going, make it worse, and make it harder to get back to normal. ... Hi, I am on 1300mg of lithium and 200mg of seroquel (seroque at night for sleep) both help mood . What I eat and drink affect me ( low caffeine, salt and sugar is what try) and working out 45 mins to an hour 4 or 5 times a week helps also. Geoadone and depakote did not work for me.
