High dose pills usually cause more nausea than others, but it all depends on the person. If it's really bothering you, try asking for a low-dose pill. (EX: Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, or Loestrin) Another suggestion is to take the pill at night before bed, instead of the mornings. Nausea is a side effect for all hormonal methods of birth control (the ring, patch, shot, pill, etc). Even you own natural hormones may cause a bit of nausea ( i used to get naucious right before my period, when i wasnt on any birth control).
