Do you keep track of your periods, like when you are expecting your next one? Because although you'd get a withdrawal bleed after quitting the hormones, it's possible to have your regularly scheduled period again, providing that your ovaries wake up in enough time to make it happen.

However, many women find that after their withdrawal bleed they don't have a period again for a really long time. All you can do is wait and see how long it takes. Right now any bleeding you have is definitely a withdrawal bleed because you quit the pill in the middle of the pack. But anything you get after this bleed is finished may very well be your period.

As for a pill with no hormones, sorry, it doesn't exist. But if it did, that would be fantastic! Just so you know, it's perfectly ok to not take any pill, if you so choose. There are other options of birth control that won't cause you all of these problems. I quit the pill mid-last year and I've been using condoms. It's been working out great for me. My periods are a little heavier, but I'd take that any day over all of the crap I put up with while I was still on the pill!
