As for when to start the pill again, it is really best to wait until you have your period, which is when the hormones are at their lowest. ... If you can't start a new pack now, then just start fresh when you can start the new pack. It's likely that going without the pill for a few days here will cause some break-through bleeding, but you can start your new pack up at anytime. Just make sure that you choose a day that's convenient to start the pill every month. (2 replies)
