... What? Didn't your doctor explain this to you? You're not supposed to take two pills at once unless you miss a pill. If this is your first time taking the pill and you are a Sunday starter, you take your first pill on Sunday AFTER you start your period. So if you started your period yesterday (Monday), you weren't supposed to take your first pill until this coming Sunday.... (3 replies)

However, I think they say that 'normal use' is usually women taking it around the same time (give or take an hour or two), and I think that drops the effectiveness to about 97%.
