... Hint: To insert the Nuvaring, just empty a tampon, insert the ring in and use the tampon to insert the ring onto your cervix! Tip from my MALE doctor and I've never had a problem with feeling it may come out. ... you can. I've been using it for about 5 months and the first try was tricky because I wasn't sure on usage. BUT after that it was really easy, go to the site for nuvaring and there are good visual graphics that show how to do it. Basically though you want it as far back towards your cervix as possible. ...
