... i've been on ortho tri-cyclen lo since it came out in 2002 (was on ortho cyclen before that). compared to ortho cyclen, tri-cyclen lo has definitely made me cry less (it was only a matter of time before the tears started rolling when i would go out an drink). but what i wonder is if something out there isn't better. i feel tired, have headaches, am cranky, blood pressure... ... I am not on that particular brand but I sympathize with you. I started on bcp again in early Feb. I was put on Minastrin and after first pack switched to Junel. All I do is bleed and pass clots. ... It is VERY difficult to skip periods with a pill like OTC. I've never met anyone who has successfully skipped a period on a triphasic pill. You may bleed for the entire length of the cycle, until you allow your body to have a regular period. (3 replies)
