... yes.. I get chronic yeast infections from birth control. I never went on Seasonale.. but I was on Ortho Tricyclen for awhile and that's when it was at it's worse. My doctor agrees it's the estrogen in the hormones. I went on the depo shot for a year (no estrogen) and it cleared completely. However I had other side effects (mainly really bad acne) with the shot so last year... (3 replies)

... I used Seasonale for 5 months, it helped my cramps a little, but I gained (and afterwards, lost) a quick 10 pounds of water weight. I've been using the NuvaRing for over 2 months and I LOVE it!! My second period was more like breakthrough bleeding than an actual period, it was so light. Fortunately all pills have always controlled my acne, the NuvaRing does just as well.... (9 replies)
