... I have ET or Essential Thrombocythemia which is a blood disorder where the bone marrow produces too many platelets. There are other blood disorders that also effect the platelets. 485 is not an alarming count but I would keep an eye on it. Anything else in the cbc report that was high? ... (7 replies)
