... Thanks atengnr. I probably will modify the winter routine this year to see if I can narrow things down. It's apparent that the Vit D3 oral supplement and a tanning bed haven't been very effective other than in keeping my Vit D levels high. And both of those are not a replacement for the sun. ... Andy, I swear to you that you are fine! I would never take my BP at a store-grocery or pharmacy and you shouldn't either, because half the time they are not right! If you need to, buy a second BP monitor and take it on one and then the other to give you an objective reading. Even the monitors make mistakes.
