... I think the only way you can really find out is to leave out one ...either the garlic or cheese and see what happens. If you still get the spike with garlic and NO cheese, then next day do the opposit and see if it does it again. You just may be sensative to one or both of these ingredients. ... (15 replies)

... One drink a day probably doesn't do much. I woudl stay with it, keeping the amount of caffeine you drink a day relatively small and pretty constant.
