... wow that is a bloodpressure spike!!! 240/110 I did not eat any asian food before I took the pill so I dont think MSG had anything to do with it, but I will definately keep that in mind thanks ;) . ... Greetings, You may not have had a spike. Did you check your pressure? If you don't have a monitor, buy one and check the next time you feel this way. As for cheese; there is a phenomena known as "cheese syndrome" which I believe trigers BP spikes in people taking certain anti-depressants. Has something to do with the enzymes in sharp cheeses.
