Blood on toilet paper w/o pain

Hello, when i wipe i have blood on the toilet paper but experience no pain and i cannot tell if there is blood in my stool or not. What could be the cause, I am 16 years old.


There was some pain while walking around, might have been hemorrhoids but I don't know.
This has been happening for about 4 or 5 days now and there hasn't been any change to my bowel movements.
